After registration, Mostbat may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.
Mostbat reserves the right to restrict registrations from certain countries or regions. Accounts created using a VPN from a restricted region will be permanently closed.
Mostbat supports transactions via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions are secured with TLS encryption.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum limit is determined by the payment method and account tier.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
- Account Usage: All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.

Mostbat does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, and they may be reported in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
To make a withdrawal, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once. This requirement helps prevent money laundering.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Mostbat. Individual sports markets may also have their own specific rules, which are detailed on the relevant pages.
- Bet Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation message after submitting a bet, this does not necessarily mean the bet was not accepted. Please verify via the system logs.
- Odds Change: Once a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement apply, even if the odds change afterward. In live betting, odds can shift in real time.
- Cancelled Match: If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded. In the event of a postponement, a decision will be made in accordance with Mostbat policy.
- Maximum Win Limit: Each bet is subject to a maximum payout limit, which may vary by market and sport.
- Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mostbat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- Live Betting: For bets placed on live matches, if a disconnection occurs, the outcome will be determined based on the state of play at the time the connection is restored.
If Mostbat detects suspicious betting activity, it reserves the right to investigate and withhold payments as necessary. Any involvement in match fixing or other fraudulent conduct will result in account closure and legal action.
Mostbat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.
- Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per phone number or payment account.
- Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires completing a 5x–20x wagering requirement. Specific conditions are stated in each offer's details.
- Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
- Bonus Abuse Prohibited: Any attempt to abuse bonuses, engage in arbitrage betting, or exploit the system will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
- Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are subject to wagering requirements. The original free bet stake is not included in the winnings.

To maintain a fair and safe environment on the Mostbat platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person and transferring funds between those accounts.
- Hacking & Manipulation: Unauthorized access to the system, or placing bets using bots or automated scripts.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds is prohibited. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our AML policy.
- Match Fixing: Colluding to influence the outcome of any sports event, or placing bets based on such an arrangement.
- Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false chargeback claim after a payment has been processed.
- Abusive Behavior: Threatening or abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.
If any of the above activities are detected, Mostbat may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
Mostbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.
- Upon detection of a breach of terms or suspicious activity.
- Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
- Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
To close your account, email support@mostbat.ws. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before closure. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
Mostbat is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, Mostbat's liability is limited in certain circumstances.
- Technical Issues: Mostbat is not liable for any losses caused by internet outages, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services.
- Betting Decisions: Mostbat bears no responsibility for any financial losses arising from a user's own betting decisions.
- Third-Party Services: Mostbat is not directly responsible for delays or errors caused by payment gateways, mobile banking services, or other third-party providers.
- Cybersecurity: Mostbat is not liable for any account compromise resulting from security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.
Mostbat shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages under any circumstances. Maximum liability shall never exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
